Me and my brother stayed for three nights I would stay there again It was clean The rooms were great The staff helpful and always happy Great place to stay
-
We enjoyed good restaurant.
The beds are comfy and the staff is friendly. Breakfast costs PLN 32 per person per day, worth paying for.
-
Helpful staff, spacious and very clean room. The bed is great, slept really good.
-
Suitable place for exploring Krakow. We were in the double room with a mini-fridge-bar, a heating system and a private safe.
-
ordered two single rooms and received two cells no wardrobes no dressing tables and no heating..a fridge that didn't work..very old depressing rooms..when complain was told what did I expect!!!!told her I expected what they were advertising..so no pros at all.
everything..even the staff are rude..

Cleanliness. Location - in jewish district, walking distance from castle and main square (slightly further from train station, but still walkable).
Booked a double - but they put me in a single (though did change it when I asked). New room much nicer, but too hot. Too noisy. No blinds so was woken too early by daylight.

Hotel Staff excellent, very close to the old city center.
Hotel has no parking place. The park that is proposed is 400 m away. Only one room with balcony so is not very sure that you will get one.
-
The hotel is located near the city center. Its location in the former jewish 'Kazimierz' is splendid: the quarter is now restored and is home to numerous nice pubs and restaurants.
There is unfortunately no wifi in rooms on the second floor, but you can ask an internet cable to the desk so you do have internet in the room. The hotel does not have a public area during the day.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large and very clean. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and excellent value for money as well as the bar serving drinks which were well priced. Breakfast was included and was of a very high standard with them cooking on request as well as buffet provided. We would definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to family and friends who may visit Krakow in the future. Thank you Aparthotel Spatz.
The only thing that I can think of that may put people off is the fact that there is no lift. However this was not a problem for us. The staff offered to carry our bags up stairs so we didn't have to do that ourselves. However, this would not be suitable for disabled guests.

Very good location, close to market square and castle - very good room

We liked the friendliness of the staff, and their ability to answer all of our queries (eg train times for the airport). We liked the location, away from the hustle and bustle of the square and the also the historic feel with it being the old Jewish quarter. There were also a lot of interesting little streets with with lovely quaint coffee shops and bars, and some art galleries and antique shops. The room was basic but clean and lovely and large, we loved the high ceilings, but then we were in the super delux, which I think is extra large. Breakfast was great too. All in all very good value, we would recommend it.
We have no compaints only suggestions for improvement. The evening menu is Mexiican which is very limited and not everyone likes or expects when they come to Krakow, most UK tourists expect traditional Polish cuisine. Better to have a range of basic polish dishes, for example some soups and stews, with maybe some other basis options like chicken and chips, which would suit a variety of tastes. The restaurant decor and lighting needs refreshing. The Mexican theme doesn't work and the big Egyptian ceiling lights look odd when it is supposed to be Mexican! We suggest again a traditional Polish style would better fit the history of the building, and the area. Shower cubicle in room is broken and it is difficult to make the shower head stay on the wall properly (room 6). Not a big issue for us but this obviously does not give the impression of quality.and may put off more discerning tourists. Paintings in the hallway were quite depressing, would be better to have more cheery pictures on the walls. Aagain, these are not complaints, just suggestions for improvement. Thanks for a lovely stay. Harry and Stella

Would be nice with refridgerator to keep water cool. Would also be nice with an ash tray outside the hotel.

We booked a suite with additional amenities (bathrobe, slippers, toilet preparations ,....), and really nothing there. Booked.net Site should verify the information provided by hotels, sometimes. Bad breakfast. Lack of lift. Far parking.
-
location is perfect - heart of kazimierz district with lots of bars, cafes etc.staff is very friendly and helpful. in general everithing was ok. also a pretty good cafe downstairs and also a bar. would definitely recommend it to my friends
